AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Department of State for use by the
3 Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $8,377,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Professional
8 Licensure Augmentation Restricted Revenue Account within the
9 General Fund to the Department of State for the operation of the
10 Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs for the fiscal
11 year July 1, 1985, to June 30, 1986. This appropriation shall
12 not be treated as an augmentation to the Department of State,
13 general government appropriation, or any other appropriation,
14 but shall be treated and accounted for as a separate
15 appropriation.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or
17 immediately, whichever is later.
