AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Wistar Institute-Research,
2 Philadelphia.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $208,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Wistar Institute-Research, Philadelphia, for the fiscal year
7 July 1, 1985, to June 30, 1986, for the operation and
8 maintenance of the institute. Payment of this appropriation
9 shall be made by the Secretary of Health in equal quarterly
10 payments.
11 Section 2. The Wistar Institute shall provide such
12 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
13 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Health
14 shall prescribe.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or, if
16 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
