AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Fox Chase Institute for Cancer
2 Research, Philadelphia, for the operation and maintenance of
3 the cancer research program.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $435,000 $535,000 is hereby <--
7 appropriated to the Fox Chase Institute for Cancer Research,
8 Philadelphia, for the fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June 30,
9 1986, for the operation and maintenance of the cancer research
10 program. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the
11 Secretary of Health in equal quarterly payments.
12 Section 2. The Fox Chase Institute for Cancer Research shall
13 provide such information as may be necessary to carry out the
14 provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
15 Department of Health shall prescribe.
16 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or, if
17 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
