AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of
2 Mechanical Trades in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $59,000 $60,000 is hereby appropriated <--
6 to the Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades in Delaware
7 County, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June
8 30, 1986, for operation and maintenance of the school.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Williamson Free School of
10 Mechanical Trades on account of the appropriation in section 1
11 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly
12 payments.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or, if
14 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
