AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Philadelphia College of Textiles
2 and Science.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $451,000 $444,000 is hereby <--
6 appropriated to the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June 30, 1986, for
8 instruction and student aid.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Philadelphia College of Textiles
10 and Science on account of the appropriation provided in section
11 1 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly
12 payments.
13 Section 3. The Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science
14 shall provide such information and in such form and manner as
15 the Department of Education may prescribe.
16 Section 4. The Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science
1 shall report its revenues and expenditures and present its
2 financial statements in accordance with generally accepted
3 accounting principles and procedures for educational
4 institutions as set forth in the "Higher Education Finance
5 Manual of 1975," without exception.
6 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or, if
7 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
