AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Community Affairs
2 for grants to municipalities.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $200,000,000, or as much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
7 Community Affairs for the purpose of providing grants to
8 municipalities for construction costs directly related to sewage
9 treatment facilities, solid waste disposal and flood control for
10 the fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June 30, 1986.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or
12 immediately, whichever is later.
