AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 5, 1913 (P.L.419, No.276), entitled "An
2 act to authorize the display of the State, county, city,
3 borough, or other municipal flags on public buildings in the
4 Commonwealth," further providing for flags that may be flown
5 on public buildings.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 1 of the act of June 5, 1913 (P.L.419,
9 No.276), entitled "An act to authorize the display of the State,
10 county, city, borough, or other municipal flags on public
11 buildings in the Commonwealth," is amended to read:
12 Section 1. Be it enacted, &c., That after the approval of
13 this act it shall be lawful to display the flag of Pennsylvania
14 on any public building in this Commonwealth. It shall also be
15 lawful to display on any public building in this Commonwealth
16 from sunrise to sunset on the day officially designated to honor
17 veterans of wars and conflicts in which the United States has
18 participated a flag designed in remembrance of these veterans.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
