AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Philadelphia Blind Association,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $55,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Philadelphia Blind Association, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for
7 the fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June 30, 1986. Payment of this
8 appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Public Welfare
9 in equal quarterly payments.
10 Section 2. The Philadelphia Blind Association shall provide
11 such information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions
12 of this act and in such form and manner as the Department of
13 Public Welfare shall prescribe.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or
15 immediately, whichever is later.
