Report of the Committee of Conference
To the Members of the House of Representatives and Senate:
We, the undersigned, Committee of Conference on the part of
the House of Representatives and Senate for the purpose of
considering House Bill No. 1010, entitled:
"An act making an appropriation from the Public School
Employees' Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the Public
School Employees' Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1,
1985, to June 30, 1986, and for the payment of bills incurred
and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June
30, 1985,"

AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from the Public School Employees'
2 Retirement Fund to provide for expenses of the Public School
3 Employees' Retirement Board for the fiscal year July 1, 1985,
4 to June 30, 1986, and for the payment of bills incurred and
5 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June
6 30, 1985.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. The sum of $8,921,000, or as much thereof as may
10 be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Public School
11 Employees' Retirement Fund to the Public School Employees'
12 Retirement Board for the payment of all salaries, wages and
13 other compensation and travel expenses of the employees and
14 members of the Public School Employees' Retirement Board, for
15 contractual services and other expenses necessary for the proper
16 conduct of the duties, functions and activities of the board for
17 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1985, and for the payment of
18 bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal
19 year ending June 30, 1985.
20 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or
21 immediately, whichever is later.
