AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Council of the
2 Blind, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $25,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Pennsylvania Council of the Blind, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1985, to June 30, 1986. Payment of
8 this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Public
9 Welfare in equal quarterly payments.
10 Section 2. The Pennsylvania Council of the Blind shall
11 provide such information as may be necessary to carry out the
12 provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
13 Department of Public Welfare shall prescribe.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or
15 immediately, whichever is later.
