AN ACT 1 Declaring and adopting the song "Pennsylvania State Song," 2 lyrics and music by August R. Eisert and Jerome Hahn, as the 3 State song of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 5 hereby enacts as follows: 6 Section 1. Official State song. 7 The song "Pennsylvania State Song," with lyrics and music by 8 August R. Eisert and Jerome Hahn, is hereby adopted as the State 9 song of Pennsylvania and shall be the official song for all 10 public purposes. The lyrics of the song are as follows: 11 PENNSYLVANIA STATE SONG 12 God smiled on Pennsylvania 13 The Commonwealth of brotherhood and liberty, 14 It's blessed with everything for man to do, 15 To mine, to mill, to sew and to reap. 16 It's called the: 17 Keystone State 18 The one and only Keystone State
