                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating the Mansfield Bypass on relocated Traffic Route 15
     2     in Tioga County as the Harold G. Strait Memorial Highway.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Relocated Traffic Route 15, extending from the
     6  intersection of existing Traffic Route 15 with relocated Traffic
     7  Route 15 approximately 1.5 miles south of the Mansfield Borough
     8  line in Richmond Township, Tioga County, and continuing along
     9  relocated Traffic Route 15 a distance of 4.0 miles to end at the
    10  intersection of relocated Traffic Route 15 with existing Traffic
    11  Route 15 approximately 0.5 mile north of the Mansfield Borough
    12  line in Richmond Township, which route is currently designated
    13  as 1036 section E-60, is hereby designated and shall be known as
    14  the Harold G. Strait Memorial Highway. The Department of
    15  Transportation shall install where it deems feasible the
    16  appropriate markers designating this section of highway as the
    17  Harold G. Strait Memorial Highway.


     1     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
