AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Department of General Services out
2 of various funds for payment of rental charges to the General
3 State Authority.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The following sums are hereby appropriated out of
7 the funds indicated to the Department of General Services for
8 the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985 for payment of
9 rental charges to the General State Authority:
10 Out of the Fish Fund........................... $ 63,000
11 Out of the Boating Fund........................ 2,000
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if
13 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
