AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Department of State for use by the
3 Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $8,495,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Professional
8 Licensure Augmentation Restricted Revenue Account within the
9 General Fund to the Department of State to augment the general
10 government appropriation for the operation of the Bureau of
11 Professional and Occupational Affairs for the fiscal year July
12 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if
14 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
