        REFERRED TO GAME AND FISHERIES, FEBRUARY 29, 1984

                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for the adoption of capital projects to be financed
     2     from current revenues of the Game Fund.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Short title.
     6     This act shall be known and may be cited as the Game Fund
     7  Capital Budget Act for 1984-1985.
     8  Section 2.  Total authorization.
     9     (a)  Subject to the limitations set forth in subsection (b),
    10  the total authorization for the capital projects in the category
    11  of public improvement projects to be acquired by the
    12  Pennsylvania Game Commission and to be financed from current
    13  revenues of the Game Fund pursuant to executive authorizations
    14  shall be $4,839,267.
    15     (b)  Notwithstanding the total authorization in subsection
    16  (a), the total executive authorizations for fiscal year 1984-

     1  1985 for the capital projects itemized in section 3 shall not
     2  exceed $3,000,000, which sum contains the amount of $944,634,
     3  which is one-third of the purchase price for the Blair County
     4  tract, the remaining two-thirds of the price to be paid in
     5  fiscal years 1985-1986 and 1986-1987.
     6  Section 3.  Itemization of capital projects.
     7     The individual capital projects in the category of public
     8  improvement projects to be acquired by the Pennsylvania Game
     9  Commission and to be financed from current revenues of the Game
    10  Fund pursuant to executive authorizations are hereby itemized
    11  together with their respective estimated costs as follows:

    26     This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if enacted
    27  subsequent to that date, then immediately.
