                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the City of Johnstown to defray the
     2     costs of operation of the 1983 World Friendship Series.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $50,000, or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the City of Johnstown, to
     7  defray the costs of operation of the 1983 World Friendship
     8  Series.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
