                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Greater Pittsburgh Guild for the
     2     Blind.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $50,000 is hereby appropriated to the
     6  Greater Pittsburgh Guild for the Blind for the fiscal year July
     7  1, 1983 to June 30, 1984 for services to the blind.
     8     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1983 or, if
     9  enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
