           TRELLO, FEBRUARY 22, 1984

        ADOPTED, FEBRUARY 22, 1984

                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Urging the State Fire Marshal, the Pennsylvania State Police and
     2     the Attorney General to assist in the investigation of recent
     3     fires in the south side of the City of Pittsburgh.

     4     WHEREAS, There have been 28 fires of suspicious origin since
     5  October 1983 in the south side of the City of Pittsburgh; and
     6     WHEREAS, These fires have been termed suspicious in origin by
     7  the police and firemen in the City of Pittsburgh; now therefore
     8  be it
     9     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives urge the Attorney
    10  General, the State Fire Marshal and the Pennsylvania State
    11  Police to assist in the investigation of these fires of
    12  suspicious origin; and be it further
    13     RESOLVED, That copies of this document be transmitted to the
    14  Attorney General, the State Fire Marshal and the Pennsylvania
    15  State Police.
