                                     AN ACT

     1  Requiring the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to fund all costs
     2     associated with the name change involving district justices.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania shall pay all
     6  the costs associated with the name change necessitated by order
     7  of the Supreme Court regarding all existing district justices or
     8  district justices of the peace. Such costs shall be paid from
     9  the existing appropriation to the Supreme Court made by the
    10  General Assembly and from no other source.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
