AN ACT
1 Designating a dam in Allentown, Lehigh County, as the Samuel W.
2 Frank Memorial Dam.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The structure under reconstruction at the site of
6 the Hamilton Street Dam in Allentown, Lehigh County, shall, upon
7 completion, be known as the Samuel W. Frank Memorial Dam.
8 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
