                                     AN ACT

     1  Establishing certain fees to be charged by the Clerk of Quarter
     2     Sessions of Philadelphia.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The following fees shall be received by the Clerk
     6  of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia:
     7     Appointment of special investigator.................   $12.50
     8     Appointment of special psychiatrist.................    12.50
     9     Bail-Piece..........................................    12.50
    10     Bail bond entering of all types, including Sign Own
    11  Bail (S.O.B.) and Release on Recognizance (R.O.R.).....    10.00
    12     Bail forfeitures....................................    12.50
    13     Bench warrants......................................    10.00
    14     Bench warrants withdrawal...........................    10.00
    15     Bill of particulars and discovery...................    12.50
    16     Certified copy of record bill of information........    12.50
    17     Certified copy of disposition of criminal case......    12.50

     1     Certified copy of docket entries....................    12.50
     2     Common pleas court motion for new trial and/or in
     3  arrest of judgment.....................................    10.00
     4     Cost per one bill of information in each criminal
     5  case...................................................   100.00
     6     Detective license (filing application for)..........    12.50

     8     Section 2.  The fee for any service not specifically provided
     9  for herein shall be the same as for a similar service, at the
    10  discretion of the clerk.
    11     Section 3.  The clerk shall not be required to perform any
    12  service until the requisite fee is paid.
    13     Section 4.  The following acts or parts of acts are repealed
    14  insofar as they relate to fees collected by the Clerk of Quarter
    15  Sessions of Philadelphia:
    16     Section 1725 of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
    17  Statutes.
    18     Section 24(a) of the act of July 9, 1976 (P.L.586, No.142),
    19  known as the Judiciary Act of 1976.
    20     Section 5.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
