AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
2 Center for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
3 supplies and equipment.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $159,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 Museum of the Philadelphia Civic Center, Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985
9 for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus, supplies and
10 equipment.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
12 Center on account of the appropriation provided in section 1
13 shall be made quarterly by the Executive Director of the
14 Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if
16 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
