                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Central Penn Oncology Group.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  The sum of $104,000 is hereby appropriated to the
     5  Central Penn Oncology Group for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to
     6  June 30, 1985. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by
     7  the Secretary of Health in equal quarterly payments.
     8     Section 2.  The Central Penn Oncology Group shall provide
     9  such information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions
    10  of this act and in such form and manner as the Department of
    11  Health shall prescribe.
    12     Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if
    13  enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
