AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Downingtown Industrial and
2 Agricultural School, Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $715,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural School of Downingtown,
7 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985
8 for operation and maintenance of the school.
9 Section 2. The sum of $81,000 is hereby appropriated to the
10 Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural School for payment of
11 debts incurred prior to July 1, 1983.
12 Section 3. Payments to the Downingtown Industrial and
13 Agricultural School on account of the appropriation provided in
14 section 1 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal
15 quarterly payments.
16 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if
17 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
