AN ACT
1 Naming the new section of Route 15 in Richmond Township, Tioga
2 County, bypassing Mansfield Borough, the Harold G. Strait
3 Memorial Highway.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. That section of the Route 15 bypass currently
7 designated as 1036 section E-60, which extends from the point
8 where it intersects with existing traffic Route 15 in Richmond
9 Township, Tioga County, approximately 1.5 miles south of the
10 southern Mansfield Borough line, north along the Route 15 bypass
11 4.0 miles to the point where it again intersects with existing
12 traffic Route 15, approximately 0.5 mile north of the northern
13 Mansfield Borough line, shall be known as the Harold G. Strait
14 Memorial Highway.
15 Section 2. The Harold G. Strait Memorial Highway shall be
16 designated by highway markers placed on both sides of the
17 highway by the Department of Transportation.
18 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
