AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge crossing the Allegheny River from
2 Westmoreland County to Allegheny County as the C. L. Schmitt
3 Bridge.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Name of bridge.
7 The bridge over the Allegheny River located on Legislative
8 Route 188 at station 0 + 00 Westmoreland County and station 5 +
9 97 Allegheny County is hereby officially designated and shall be
10 known as the C. L. Schmitt Bridge.
11 Section 2. Erection of markers.
12 The Secretary of Transportation shall erect suitable markers
13 in order to carry out the provisions of this act.
14 Section 3. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect immediately.
