                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Human Relations Commission.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  (a)  The sum of $87,000 is hereby appropriated to
     5  the Human Relations Commission for the fiscal year 1983-1984 for
     6  the purposes of enforcing the comparable value provisions of the
     7  act of October 27, 1955 (P.L.744, No.222), known as the
     8  Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
     9     (b)  This appropriation shall be in addition to funds
    10  appropriated to the Human Relations Commission in the acts of
    11  July 11, 1983 (P.L.422, No.2A) and July 21, 1983 (P.L.603,
    12  No.7A).
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
