                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
     2     the General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $2,033,000 is specifically
     6  appropriated from the restricted revenue account within the
     7  General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate to provide for
     8  the operation of that office for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to
     9  June 30, 1985.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1984, or if
    11  enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
