                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending the act of May 11, 1982 (No.2A), entitled "An act to
     2     provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the
     3     Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the
     4     Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for
     5     the fiscal period July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983, and for the
     6     payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close
     7     of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1982; providing for an
     8     appropriation for the fiscal period July 1, 1982 to June 30,
     9     1983 from the Lottery Fund for aging programs; itemizing
    10     appropriations required from the Motor License Fund for the
    11     fiscal period July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983 for the proper
    12     operation of the several departments of the Commonwealth
    13     authorized to spend Motor License Fund moneys and for the
    14     payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close
    15     of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1982; itemizing
    16     appropriations of the Federal Augmentation to the Executive
    17     and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth; establishing
    18     restricted receipts accounts for the fiscal period July 1,
    19     1982 to June 30, 1983 and for the payment of bills incurred
    20     and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
    21     June 30, 1982; providing additional funds for various
    22     departments of the Commonwealth for the fiscal period July 1,
    23     1981 to June 30, 1982; providing additional General Fund
    24     appropriations from funds reserved from fiscal year 1980-1981
    25     and providing additional appropriations from the Federal
    26     augmentation funds for the fiscal period July 1, 1981 to June
    27     30, 1982," restricting allocation of a certain Federal


     1     augmentation appropriation relating to air pollution control.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  As much of division I of section 511 of the act
     5  of May 11, 1982 (No.2A), known as the General Appropriation Act
     6  of 1982, as pertains to the Federal augmentation appropriation
     7  for Air Pollution Control Grants to the Department of
     8  Environmental Resources, is amended to read:
     9     Section 511.  The following sums, or as much thereof as may
    10  be necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the
    11  Federal augmentation funds to the several hereinafter named
    12  agencies of the Executive and Judicial Departments of the
    13  Commonwealth for the payment of the expenses of implementing and
    14  carrying out the programs stated herein for the fiscal year
    15  beginning July 1, 1982 and for the payment of bills incurred and
    16  remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June
    17  30, 1982.

    22     The following Federal augmentation amounts, or
    23  as much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby
    24  specifically appropriated to supplement the sum
    25  appropriated from Commonwealth revenues for the
    26  Office of Protection:

    28     (4)  "Air Pollution Control Grants" - For the
    29  conduct and administration of a Statewide program
    30  for the control, abatement and prevention of air

     1  pollution and achievement of Federal ambient air
     2  quality standards. No portion of this appropriation
     3  shall be allocated to the Delaware Valley Citizens'
     4  Council for Clean Air............................     2,719,000
