AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Department of General Services out
2 of various funds for payment of rental charges to The General
3 State Authority.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The following sums of money are hereby
7 appropriated out of the funds indicated to the Department of
8 General Services for the fiscal year July 1, 1983 to June 30,
9 1984 for payment of rental charges to The General State
10 Authority:
11 Out of the Fish Fund................................ $63,000
12 Out of the Boating Fund............................. 2,000
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1983 or, if
14 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
