AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Carnegie Museum for maintenance
2 and the purchase of apparatus, supplies and equipment.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $150,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Carnegie Museum, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year
7 July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984 for maintenance and the purchase
8 of apparatus, supplies and equipment.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Carnegie Museum on account of the
10 appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly by
11 the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum
12 Commission.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1983 or, if
14 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
