AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Burn Foundation of Greater
2 Delaware Valley.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $155,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Burn Foundation of Greater Delaware Valley for the fiscal year
7 July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984, for outpatient and inpatient
8 treatment. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the
9 Secretary of Health in equal quarterly payments.
10 Section 2. The Burn Foundation of Greater Delaware Valley
11 shall provide such information as may be necessary to carry out
12 the provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
13 Department of Health shall prescribe.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1983 or, if
15 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
