AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 19, 1982 (No.22A), entitled "An act
2 making appropriations to the Trustees of the Berean Training
3 and Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,"
4 increasing the appropriation for the operation and
5 maintenance of the school.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 1(a) of the act of June 19, 1982
9 (No.22A), entitled "An act making appropriations to the Trustees
10 of the Berean Training and Industrial School at Philadelphia,
11 Pennsylvania," is amended to read:
12 Section 1. (a) The sum of [$559,000] $582,000 is hereby
13 specifically appropriated to the Trustees of the Berean Training
14 and Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the
15 fiscal period July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983, for operation and
16 maintenance of the school.
