        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS, FEBRUARY 14, 1983

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Association for the
     2     Blind.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $1,000,000 is hereby specifically
     6  appropriated to the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind and
     7  its branches, for the fiscal year July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984
     8  for services to the blind and for prevention of blindness.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
