AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to THE THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY OF <--
2 PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA FOR THE Children's Heart Hospital,
3 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $940,000 is hereby specifically
7 appropriated to the THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY OF PHILADELPHIA, <--
8 PENNSYLVANIA FOR THE Children's Heart Hospital, Philadelphia
9 Pennsylvania, in accordance with procedures developed by the
10 Secretary of Public Welfare for the fiscal period July 1, 1982
11 to June 30, 1983. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by
12 the Secretary of Public Welfare in equal quarterly payments.
13 Section 2. The Children's Heart Hospital THOMAS JEFFERSON <--
14 UNIVERSITY shall provide such information as may be necessary to
15 carry out the provisions of this act and in such form and manner
16 as the Department of Public Welfare shall prescribe.
17 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1982.
