AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
2 Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for maintenance and the
3 purchase of apparatus, supplies and equipment.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $150,000 is hereby specifically
7 appropriated to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic Center,
8 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1982
9 to June 30, 1983, for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
10 supplies and equipment.
11 Section 2. Payments to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
12 Center on account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be
13 made quarterly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
14 Historical and Museum Commission.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
