AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the Buhl Science
2 Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $150,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Trustees of the Buhl Science Center Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
7 for the fiscal period July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983, for the
8 general operation of the planetarium and institute.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Buhl Science Center on account of
10 the appropriation in section 1 shall be made quarterly by the
11 Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum
12 Commission.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
