AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Academy of Natural Sciences of
2 Philadelphia at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $275,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia
7 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1,
8 1982 to June 30, 1983 for the purpose of maintenance of the
9 institute.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Academy of Natural Sciences on
11 account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be made
12 quarterly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
13 Historical and Museum Commission.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
