AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine
2 Arts, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $10,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts,
7 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1, 1982
8 to June 30, 1983, for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
9 supplies and equipment.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine
11 Arts on account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be made
12 quarterly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
13 Historical and Museum Commission.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
