AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Williamson Free School of
2 Mechanical Trades in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $55,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades
7 in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period July 1,
8 1982 to June 30, 1983, for operation and maintenance of the
9 school.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Williamson Free School of
11 Mechanical Trades on account of the appropriation in section 1
12 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly
13 payments.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1982.
