AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Trustees of the Berean Training and
2 Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. (a) The sum of $559,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Trustees of the Berean Training and
7 Industrial School at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal
8 period July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983, for operation and
9 maintenance of the school.
10 (b) For payment of rentals and debt service
11 to the Commonwealth.............................. $100,000
12 Section 2. Payment to the Berean Training and Industrial
13 School on account of the appropriation in section 1(a) shall be
14 made by the Secretary of Education in equal quarterly payments.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1982.
