A SUPPLEMENT 1 To the act of (P.L. , No. ), entitled "An act to 2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and 3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt, 4 and for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1982 5 to June 30, 1983, and for the payment of bills incurred and 6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending 7 June 30, 1982," itemizing appropriations required from the 8 Motor License Fund for the proper operation of the several 9 departments of the Commonwealth authorized to spend Motor 10 License Fund moneys. 11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 12 hereby enacts as follows: 13 Section 1. This supplement shall be known and may be cited 14 as the "Motor License Fund Supplement to the General 15 Appropriation Act of 1982." 16 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be 17 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Motor 18 License Fund to the hereinafter named agencies of the 19 Commonwealth for the payment of salaries, wages and other 20 compensation and travel expenses of the duly elected or 21 appointed officers and employees of the Commonwealth, for

In addition to the amounts appropriated by this 7 act, all moneys received from the Federal government or from any 8 other source as contributions to or payments for the programs 9 provided herein shall be paid into the Motor License Fund and 10 are hereby appropriated out of the Motor License Fund for the 11 purposes and programs intended. 12 Section 4.
