AN ACT
1 Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, defining commission records.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Title 30, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
6 No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
7 amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 324. Commission records.
9 Any records maintained by the commission or any issuing agent
10 or other agent of the commission that contain or include the
11 home address of any individuals or any other personal
12 information about individuals such as height, weight, color of
13 hair and/or color of eyes, including, but not limited to fishing
14 licenses and applications therefor, boat registrations and
15 applications therefor, and permits and applications therefor,
16 are not public records as defined in section 1 of the act of
17 June 21, 1957 (P.L.390, No.212), referred to as the Right-to-
1 Know Law.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
