AN ACT
1 Authorizing the Department of Environmental Resources to
2 reimburse cooperating counties for a portion of each county's
3 costs incurred under State-County-Federal gypsy moth programs
4 and out of a Federal Augmentation appropriation made to the
5 department.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The Department of Environmental Resources shall
9 reimburse to each cooperating county 23 1/2% of payments made to
10 the State by said counties pursuant to State-County-Federal
11 cooperative agreements for gypsy moth control entered into
12 during 1981. The moneys for said reimbursements shall be paid
13 out of the Federal Augmentation appropriated to the department
14 for gypsy moth control pursuant to the act of July 3, 1980
15 (P.L.1445, No.23A), known as the "Federal Augmentation
16 Appropriation Act of 1980."
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
