AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Public Welfare for
2 family planning services.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $350,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Department of Public Welfare for family
7 planning services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1981 and
8 ending June 30, 1982. This appropriation is in addition to any
9 amounts appropriated to the Department of Public Welfare for
10 family planning services by the act of 1981 (No. ),
11 known as the "General Appropriation Act of 1981."
12 Section 2. Any part of this appropriation which is
13 unexpended, uncommitted or unencumbered as of June 30, 1982
14 shall lapse.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981 unless
16 enacted thereafter when it shall take effect immediately.
