AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to Children's Heart Hospital,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $940,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Children's Heart Hospital, Philadelphia,
7 Pennsylvania, in accordance with procedures developed by the
8 Secretary of Public Welfare for the fiscal period July 1, 1981
9 to June 30, 1982. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by
10 the Secretary of Public Welfare in equal quarterly payments.
11 Section 2. The Children's Heart Hospital shall provide such
12 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
13 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Public
14 Welfare shall prescribe.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981.
