AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES,
JUNE 30, 1981
AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Public Utility Commission.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. (a) The sum of $18,521,000 $18,721,000, or as <--
6 much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically
7 appropriated from the restricted revenue account within the
8 General Fund to the Public Utility Commission to provide for the
9 operation of the commission for the fiscal period July 1, 1981
10 to June 30, 1982.
11 (b) Of the amount appropriated in subsection (a), $46,000 is
12 allocated for the Erie regional office of the consumer services
13 division.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981.
