AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, JUNE 23, 1981
AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Public Utility Commission.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. (A) The sum of $18,475,000 $18,521,000, or as <--
6 much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically
7 appropriated from the restricted revenue account within the
8 General Fund to the Public Utility Commission to provide for the
9 operation of the commission for the fiscal period July 1, 1981
10 to June 30, 1982.
11 (B) OF THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATED IN SUBSECTION (A), $46,000 IS <--
12 ALLOCATED FOR THE ERIE REGIONAL OFFICE OF THE CONSUMER SERVICES
13 DIVISION.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981.
