AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, JUNE 22, 1981
AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Public Utility Commission.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $17,975,000 $18,475,000, or as much <--
6 thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated
7 from the restricted revenue account within the General Fund to
8 the Public Utility Commission to provide for the operation of
9 the commission for the fiscal period July 1, 1981 to June 30,
10 1982.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981.
