AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Public Utility Commission.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $17,975,000, or as much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated from the
7 restricted revenue account within the General Fund to the Public
8 Utility Commission to provide for the operation of the
9 commission for the fiscal period July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981.
